2.2 Material Authenticity & Color Variance
- The “Nature of Wool” Clause: As we use premium blends, including organic wool and high-density fleece, minor natural variances in texture are a mark of authenticity.
- Digital vs. Physical Chroma: While we utilize professional studio lighting, the actual color of a garment may vary slightly based on your device’s screen calibration. We categorize colors by standard industry palettes (e.g., Oxford Blue, Maroon) to minimize discrepancies.
- Pilling & Maintenance: High-friction areas on wool garments may experience “pilling.” This is a natural characteristic of natural fibers and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
2.3 The “Peak-Demand” Logistics Policy
During the “Winter Rush” (November–January), delivery timelines may extend due to high volume. WinterLibas is not liable for delays caused by fog-related logistics disruptions on the National Highways or flight cancellations at major Pakistani airports.
