3.1 The “Perfect Fit” Return Philosophy

At WinterLibas.store, we understand that winter wear requires a specific fit to be functional. Because we serve a diverse range of climates across Pakistan—from the humid South to the snow-capped North—our return policy is built to be as flexible as it is fair.

3.2 Eligibility for Returns & Size Swaps

  • The 7-Day “Check-In” Window: Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in Original Condition (unwashed, unworn, with all tags attached).
  • The “Hygiene Barrier”: For health and safety reasons, inner-wear, thermals, and socks are Strictly Non-Returnable once the factory seal is broken.
  • Size Exchange: We offer one free size exchange per order to ensure you have the correct “Layering Room” for the colder months.

3.3 The “Defect Detection” Protocol

Every garment is inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a product with a structural defect (e.g., a broken zipper or unraveled seam), WinterLibas will cover all return shipping costs and provide a priority replacement.

3.4 Refund Velocity

Approved refunds for “Out of Stock” items or valid returns are processed within 10–14 working days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as a “WinterLibas Store Credit” for immediate use on a different size or style.
